Hello there,
There's a relatively easy method ( at least from the US ). 
You can get an IRC ( International Reply Coupon ) from the US postal service which can be redeemed in England for an air mail stamp, just figure out how many are needed to cover the weight of a CD and request that many IRC's along with an addressed envelope.
Please let me know whatever method you decide as I'd like to get a copy of the BCS Entertainments disc.
